Join us on a city walk that takes in everything from historic squares to a hip lifestyle. Our route starts on the border with Schwabing, at Elisabethmarkt, and takes us past Ludwig Maximilian University right into the heart of the neighbourhood, along Schellingstraße and Türkenstraße to the Kunstareal. If you wish, we can walk on to Odeonsplatz, past galleries and modern architecture. Rich in history, full of contrasts in the present – a guided tour for explorers with an appreciation for the artistic and intellectual, but also for the spontaneous, lively side of Munich.

Nymphenburg Palace
Together, we will explore the magnificent rooms of the summer residence of the Bavarian electors and kings, Nymphenburg Palace. If you wish, we can also take a stroll through the palace park and visit the picturesque park castles there. You will learn not only about the history of the palace, but also about life at the court of the Wittelsbachs, Bavaria’s famous ruling dynasty. During the summer months, you have the option of adding a ride in an original Venetian gondola!
